    HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of April.

    Christopher J. Anderson, 22, Monticello: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, 150-day license suspension and $120 restitution; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
    Daniel R. Bouchard, 37, Houlton: probation violation, 180 days in jail and probation revoked.
    Michael T. Donahue, 32, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; and violating condition of release, $300 fine and $120 restitution.
    Brandy M. Drake, 31, Houlton: disorderly conduct, fighting, and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, 30 days in jail, all suspended, and one-year administrative release sentence (each), $400 fine (second); and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
    Charles E. Dunning, 37, Houlton: domestic violence assault and failing to appear after bailed, six months in jail (each); and burglary, two years in prison, all but 211 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
    Christopher T. Foster, 33, Littleton: operating under the influence, $800 fine, seven days in jail, 150-day license suspension and $120 restitution; unlawful possession of scheduled drug and rule violation, possessing or using drugs on duty, dismissed (each); and violating condition of release, five days in jail.
    Timothy J. Hannan, 34, Mars Hill: domestic violence assault, four months in jail.
    Timothy Odell, 44, Sherman: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Secret D. Skinner, 38, Oakfield: probation violation, 41 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Jonathan F. St. Peter, 26, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
    Eric M. Totten, 28, Houlton: aggravated criminal trespass and criminal threatening, dismissed (each), and burglary, four years in prison, all but 12 months suspended, and three years’ probation.
    Clayton Willigar III, 25, Littleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, unconditional discharge.
