    BRIDGEWATER – Linda L. Delong, 70, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away July 18, 2015, at The Aroostook Medical Center in Presque Isle. She was born March 6, 1945, in Presque Isle, the daughter of Fred and Adrienna “Addie” (White) Wheeler.
    Linda worked over 30 years in the banking industry retiring from Katahdin Trust Company in 2009 as a branch manager.
    She was a lifetime member of the Full Gospel Assembly of Bridgewater where she served on the board. She also was a member of the Mars Hill Rotary Club, the Aroostook County Crime Stoppers for 25 years, and Crescent Rebekah Lodge.
    Linda is survived by a son, Bret Delong and his wife, Dixie of Blaine; a daughter, Brenda Drost and her husband, Mark of Bridgewater; grandchildren, Dustin Delong and his wife, Megan, William Delong, and Brad and Brittany Drost; great-grandson, Blake Drost; two brothers, Thurston Wheeler and friend, Cathy of Amesbury, MA, and Keith Wheeler and his wife, Cheryl of Monticello; a sister- in-law, Dottie Wheeler of Bridgewater; a brother-in-law, Wayne Delong and his wife, Loretta of Bridgewater; sisters-in-law, Loretta Hutchins and her husband, Ed of Little Rock, Ark., and Connie Delong of Texas.
    She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Weldon in November 2012; and her brother, Edgar Wheeler.
    Funeral services were held 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at Full Gospel Assembly of Bridgewater with Rev. Frank Randall, Pastor Jonathan Randall, and Rev. Mark Carter officiating. Friends called 1 p.m. until of service at the church. Interment was at Smith Cemetery, Bridgewater. Donations may be made in her memory to the Full Gospel Assembly of Bridgewater, P.O.
