CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of March.
Brandon M. Jalbert, 25, Caribou: burglary, dismissed.
Patrick S. Keegan, 45, Presque Isle: illegal importation of scheduled drugs, $800 fine and 180 days in jail; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
Shannon Kinney, 45, Presque Isle: forgery, $500 fine and 20 days in jail; and acquiring drugs by deception, dismissed.
David S. Kotsikoros, 31, Presque Isle: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Brentant Lahey, 23, Blaine: assault, 364 days in jail; criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, 16 months in prison; and stealing drugs, violating condition of release and domestic violence terrorizing, 60 days in jail (each), $400 fine (first).
Floyd R. Legassie, 66, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and illegal importation of scheduled drugs, dismissed (each).
Kurtis Madore, 27, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Maranda Mancos, 33, Eagle Lake: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 18 months in prison.
John A. McBreairty, 22, Caribou: operating ATV to endanger, dismissed; and motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, 60-day license suspension.
Michael G. McDougal, 30, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
Robert McKenzie, 20, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and aggravated assault, dismissed (each); unlawful possession of oxycodone, $2,500 fine, two years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $80 restitution; domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail; and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
Adam Michaud, 33, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; and stealing drugs, dismissed.
Nick X. Michaud, 32, Van Buren: probation violation, 43 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Ryan J. Morin, 21, Madawaska: operating ATV under the influence over 21, $500 fine.
Nathan R. Morrow, 22, Caribou: probation violation, 173 days in jail.
Robert J. Morrow, 49, Chapman: assault, $600 fine.
Jeffrey Roger Robinson, 53, Perth-Andover, N.B.: indecent conduct, $1,000 fine.
Kylee R. Rubin, 20, Ossipee, N.H.: OUI, $500 fine, 96 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
Casey Daniel Ruest, 24, Madawaska: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Chris A. Russell, 46, Bridgewater: aggravated assault, dismissed.
Steven Selander, 24, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $2,000 fine and 30 days in jail.
Matthew Tardie, 25, Portage Lake: driving to endanger and OUI, prior, dismissed (each).
Mark J. Trask, 44, Waterford, Conn.: violating protective order, filed with $200 in costs.
Tina Trecartin, 41, Limestone: assault, $750 fine.
Kara L. Voisine, 42, Presque Isle: violating condition of release and assault, dismissed (each), and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
Tyler G. Vrieze, 20, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug and unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, filed with $350 in costs (each).
Reighel Waugh, 36, Caribou: criminal mischief, dismissed.
Trisha M. Willette, 24, Presque Isle: probation violation, 207 days in jail and probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (four counts), 60 days in jail (first, second), 30 days in jail (third), one year in prison, all suspended, one-year probation and $741.23 restitution (fourth); burglary of a motor vehicle (two counts), 30 days in jail (each); and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Zane M. Willhide, 18, Castle Hill: criminal mischief (two counts) $500 fine (each), $1,568.16 restitution (first); and allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, dismissed.
