The Island Falls Senior Citizens met July 16 at the municipal building with 19 members and two guests attending.
After our traditional potluck dinner consisting of a wide array of salads, cold cuts and desserts, the meeting was opened by president, Rich Camire.
Reports were given by the secretary and treasurer. Jeanne Clements, treasurer, reported new bank charges would not affect us as a group.
After the meeting adjourned, the group played several games of bingo, with three members sharing the final game honors.
Members present were Gloria Noyes, Ursula Levesque, Donna Furrow, Berna Boone, Iona Nadeau, Dennis Boone, Judy Botting, Ellie Peck, Jeanne Clements, Mary Lawler, Rich Camire, Darrell Hartin, Gladys Corneil, Edith Dwyer, Donna Baker, Terry Dwyer, Mary Pipes, Louise Butcher and Ronda Slauenwhite. Guests were Patti Hartin and Jutta Beyer.
