To the editor:
Millions have now witnessed the undercover video released by journalists exposing the alleged for-profit sale of aborted baby body parts by Planned Parenthood. These videos are utterly shocking and disgusting, as a high-level Planned Parenthood official speaks casually about providing organs for $100 in order to buy herself “a Lamborghini.”
Perhaps more shocking, however, is the recent ruling (Friday, July 30) by a California court blocking the release of any further videos by the journalists. Our tax dollars fund Planned Parenthood from the federal level.
Silencing the First Amendment rights of the journalists and continuing to fund an organization that sells human body parts are actions of a Soviet-style shadow government. I cannot even recognize the nation I’m living in anymore. What nation allows the sale of human fetal organs for profit? Who casually discusses selling human kidneys over dinner? This is the Nazi Third Reich. This is Josef Mengele.
This isn’t America. What happened to the United States of America I grew up in? How long will we stand by and allow these things to take place. When will the people of America awaken?
