HOULTON, Maine — The Empowering Life Center, located on 144 Military St. will host a free “Breathe Deeply” workshop on Saturday, Sept. 12 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The instructor for the workshop will be Lois Flewelling, with worship provided by Kim White.
The workshop will focus on overcoming fear and life stressors.
“We do not need to allow fear, frustration, and despair to dominate our emotions,” Flewelling said. “Discover how to overcome toxic emotions and breathe in the goodness of God. Learn how to transition into that place of confidence, strength and joy.”
