The Aroostook chapter of The John Birch Society will host free public viewings of the documentary “Death By China — One Job at a Time” in three local communities next week.

The film will be shown Wednesday, Aug. 26, at 6 p.m. at Our Father’s Place, 276 Main Street, St. Agatha; Friday, Aug. 29, at 6 p.m. at McDonald’s in Houlton; and Saturday, Aug. 29, at 9 a.m. at Governor’s Restaurant in Presque Isle.

Society officials say the documentary focuses on America’s destructive trade relations with Communist China, including illegally subsidized products, the loss of over 50,000 American factories and millions of jobs, contaminated food and drugs from China and dangerous products. Solutions are also discussed.

Attendees can order from the menu.  For more information, call (207) 551-0359 or (857) 498-1309.
