     CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of June.

     Jeffrey L. Applebee, 50, Levant: operating snowmobile under the influence over 21, $500 fine.

     Robin Belanger, 52, Fort Fairfield: OUI, prior, $1,800 fine, 12 months in prison, all but 21 days suspended, one-year probation and three years’ license suspension; and operating vehicle without license — condition/restriction, 21 days in jail.

     Stacey Brissette, 24, Perham: OUI, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.

     Chad Caverhill, 21, Caribou: OUI, prior, dismissed; and driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.

     Jason P. Clair, 40, Mapleton: illegal importation of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but five months suspended, two years’ probation and $120 restitution.

     James O. Clark, 40, Watervalley, Miss.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass, $750 fine and four days in jail (each).

     Sheldon Corey, 39, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $1,000 fine and 150-day license suspension.

     Dustin R. Deschaine, 21, Madawaska: stealing drugs, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.

     Amanda Doody, 30, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 60 days in jail.

     Norris R. Frost, 32, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.

     Brandon Janak, 21, Laconia, NH: fugitive from justice, extradition ordered; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $800 fine and 60 days in jail; and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.

     Ryan Jones, 24, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

     Chad D. LaGasse, 29, Caribou: trafficking in dangerous knives and violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (each).

     Timothy J. Lavoie, 41, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, $1,000 fine and 90-day license suspension.

     Vicky M. LeClerc, 24, Van Buren: theft by authorized taking or transfer, priors (two counts), dismissed (first) and one year in prison (second).

     Jillean L. Madore, 52, Presque Isle: obstructing report of crime, domestic violence assault and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).

     Timothy Martin, 49, Caribou: domestic violence assault, dismissed.

     Shawn McCausland, 42, Presque Isle: criminal mischief and assault, dismissed  (each).

     Wendy McKenney, 42, Presque Isle: OUI, $750 fine and 150-day license suspension.

     Whitney Nicols, 21, Caribou: assault, dismissed.

     Joseph Daniel Ouellette Jr., 23, Caribou: burglary, 60 days in prison.

     Laura L. Palmer, 55, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 90 months in jail, all suspended, and one-year probation; and violating condition of release (two counts), driving to endanger and criminal mischief, dismissed (each).

     Wade M. Pelkey, 49, Masardis: wasting a wild bird or wild animal, $1,000 fine; and hunting or possessing antlerless deer, dismissed.

     Lance A. Rodriguez, 27, Wallagrass: possessing sexually explicit material of minor under 12, four years in prison, all but one-year suspended, and two years’ probation.

     Kylee R. Rubin, 20, Ossipee, NH: OUI, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.

     Mayling Silva, 23, Caribou: probation violation, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, three years’ probation and $810 restitution.

     Jessica K. Simon, 30, South Hadley, Mass.: criminal restraint, $250 fine.

      Brian Sutherland, 56, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.

     Zachary J. Wain, 24, Perham: operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.

     Derrick Wilson, 47, Bloomfield, Conn.: rule violation, possessing or using drugs on duty, dismissed.

 

     Brent J. Zetterman, 41, Connor Twp.: fail to give correct name, address or date of birth, 10 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 90 days in jail; and attaching false plates, 48 hours in jail.
