    SCOTT, Timothy, 67, MAINE, August 11, 2015. There will be a potluck luncheon at the Chapman Ridge Runners Clubhouse in West Chapman to celebrate his life on September 12, 2015, at 2 p.m.

    MAINE – Timothy Scott died accidentally on August 11, 2015. He was born in Millinocket, ME, March 19, 1948, and the adopted son of Jean (Keddie) and George Scott.
American-Flag-Color    Tim served in the Army and remained in Germany after his service, working for Schweinfurt Rod and Gun Club for three years. He returned to Maine and earned a B.S. in Forestry Management at the University of Maine at Orono and worked for Seven Islands Land Co. and Orion Timberlands. During those 29 years, he worked as the St. John River District manager and Northern Region assistant manager for Seven Islands and Regional Manager of Orion Timberlands. He served on the St. John River Advisory committee and as a member of the Northeast Region Council of Forest Engineers. He helped with workshops for SWOAM and helped with the Lumberjack Roundup in Ashland and at the Northern Maine Fair. Tim also served on the board of Selectmen for Chapman.
    He is survived by his wife, Ann Currier; daughter, Amelia Scott; brother, David Scott and his wife, Kristin Baer Scott and nephew, Christopher, all of Harrisburg, PA; brother, Gil Caron; sisters, Becky Okeson and Nathalie Bossie; brothers-in-law, Frank, Dale and Gary Currier; mother-in-Law, Kay Currier; and his “pups”, Alex and Mandy.
    Tim was predeceased by George and Jean Scott; and his birth mother, Edwina Caron.
    On September 12, 2015, at 2 p.m., we will be having a potluck luncheon at the Chapman Ridge Runners Clubhouse on Town Hall Road in West Chapman to celebrate his life. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.
