PRESQUE ISLE, ME & KINGSPORT, TN – Norman E. Gogan, 61, passed away July 15, 2015, at Kingsport, TN. He was born in Presque Isle March 25, 1954. He was a graduate of PIHS. 
Norman served in the U.S. Air Force from ‘72 to ‘78. He was a flight mechanic and a hospital administrator.
He was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy Johnston Gogan of St. Mary’s, Maryland; also his father of Presque Isle, ME and Arizona, Kenneth Gogan.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Gogan of Demorest, GA; son, Jason, wife, Becky, and grandson, Bronson of Jonesborough, TN; sisters, Edna and husband, Kenneth Sheridan of Demorest, GA, Dorothy Barnhart of Sun Valley, NV, Sandra Siptroth of Cocoa, FL, Shirley Dover of Kingsport, TN, and Lorene Luzon and Cesar of Glendale, AZ; brothers, James Gogan, of Ocala, FL, Gary Gogan and Frank Gogan, both of Cocoa, FL, Walter Gogan and Oral Gogan, both of Presque Isle, ME, David Gogan of Overton, TX, and Gordon Gogan and wife, Janet of Goodwater, AL; many nieces and nephews, but one special one, Bobby Montgomery who was Norman’s right hand since he went blind in the 70’s and moved to Tennessee.
