CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of July.
• Matthew Bagley, 34, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (two counts), 60 days in jail (each).
• John B. Barbarossa, 40, Billerica, Mass.: assault (two counts), dismissed (each).
• Christopher Berry, 20, Presque Isle: unlawful sexual contact, six years in prison, all but 12 months suspended, and five years’ probation.
• Amy L. Bouchard Skidgel, 32, Caribou: unlawfully furnishing scheduled drug, dismissed; endangering the welfare of a child, 30 days in jail; stealing drugs, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation and $200 restitution; burglary, dismissed; violating condition of release, five days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 60 days in jail; and criminal mischief, dismissed.
• Brandon Lewellyn Parker Boyd, 31, Mars Hill: violating condition of release and violating protection from abuse order, dismissed (each).
• Ricardo Braga, 41, Caribou: terrorizing, filed without costs.
• Andre Armand Castonguay, 53, Van Buren: domestic violence assault, 50 days in jail; assault, 18 months in prison, all but 50 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Christina Cobb, 31, Washburn: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Colter B. Cross, 27, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and three months in jail.
• Marco Cullins, 36, Presque Isle: failing to comply with sex offender registration act, second offense, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.
• Jacob Dahlgren, 29, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, dismissed.
• Jeston C. Davis, 24, Fort Kent: domestic violence criminal threatening, 180 days in jail, all but 29 days suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Kyle C. Deschaine, 37, Caribou: operating under the influence (two counts), dismissed (first), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension (second).
• Mathieu Desrosiers, 24, Blainville, Quebec, Canada: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed.
• Amanda Doody, 30, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 60 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
• Daryl E. Doody, 37, Woodland: operate after habitual offender revocation, prior (two counts), $1,000 fine and one year in prison (first), 27 months in prison (second); OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension; driving to endanger and motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed (each); violating condition of release, 90 days in jail; and eluding an officer, 27 months in prison.
• Michael Fisher, 33, Woodland: domestic violence assault, priors, five years in prison, all but three years suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Ricky A. Flaherty, 42, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; and OUI (two counts), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension (first), dismissed (second).
• Stephen P. Flannery, 50, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, dismissed.
• Norris R. Frost, 32, Caribou: OUI, $1,000 fine, nine months in jail, all but 60 days suspended, one-year probation and three years’ license and registration suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
• Rodney Fulton, 69, Blaine: fraudulently obtaining license or permit (two counts), filed without costs (each).
• Elijah J. Gravitt, 24, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), $200 fine (first) and dismissed (second).
• Jeffrey B. Guiou, 53, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, six months in jail and two years’ probation.
• Eric R. Howes, 29, Washburn: operate while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 72 hours in jail.
• Troy Hutcherson, 44, Snellville, GA: rule violations, operating after disqualified and possessing or using alcohol on duty, dismissed (each); and operating with false duty status, $1,000 fine.
• Jamey Kennedy, 27, Presque Isle: criminal trespass, dismissed.
• Shayne M. Kinney, 35, Presque Isle: probation violation, six months in jail and probation revoked; criminal threatening, aggravated assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, dismissed (each); disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, six months in jail; and reckless conduct, 30 months in prison, all but six months suspended, and one-year probation.
• Ricky C. Learnard, 50, Van Buren: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine; and criminal threatening, dismissed.
• Leslie M. Lopez, 31, Wallagrass: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
• Frank H. McGillan, 77, Fort Fairfield: hindering apprehension or prosecution, filed on $200 costs.
• Corey Ouellette, 38, St. Francis: driving to endanger, dismissed; and operating under the influence, $500 fine, two days in jail and 150-day license suspension.
• Lorie Paddleford, 37, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Michael A. Paddleford, 38, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 fine.
• Eric C. Peterson, 22, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.
• Marcel Plourde, 55, Lac Barker, Quebec, Canada: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Lynn Katie Ramus, 27, Presque Isle: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine, 14 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation, and $120 restitution.
• Dustin Sandbeck, 20, Chapman: assault, dismissed.
• Randy H. Shaw, 58, Presque Isle: assault (two counts), dismissed (each).
• David Smith, 58, Frenchville: unlawful sexual contact, 10 years in prison, all but two years, six months suspended, and six years’ probation.
• Robert Taylor, 34, Limestone: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
• Shavene Thompson, 23, Bloomfield, Conn.: domestic violence assault, six months in jail, all suspended, and two years’ probation.
• Reighel Waugh, 27, Caribou: OUI, dismissed; assault, $300 fine, 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one-year administrative release sentence.
• Dana L. Willette, 58, Caribou: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, and three years’ license suspension.
