HOULTON, Maine — A Houlton woman who was arrested in June for allegedly trafficking methamphetamine out of her apartment on Columbia Street was indicted by the Aroostook County grand jury on Friday, along with another man arrested in connection with the case.
Toni A. Bulley, 48, was indicted on charges of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and violation of conditions of release stemming from the June 17 incident at her residence at 13 Columbia St., Aroostook County District Attorney Todd Collins said in a written statement issued Monday.
Bulley’s was among 10 indictments handed down by the grand jury on Friday that were made public Monday.
Bulley was arrested in mid-June after search warrants were executed in two apartments at the 13 Columbia St. complex in Houlton, according to Supervisory Special Agent Craig Holder of the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency.
After Bulley’s arrest, Stephen McCausland, spokesman for the state Department of Public Safety, said that agents from the MDEA Aroostook Task Force continued their investigation to identify others they believed assisted her with making the methamphetamine or helping her acquire the materials used to make the drug.
That led to the arrest later in June of Jessie A. Case, 30, of Houlton, who was indicted Friday on charges of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and violation of bail.
Other indictments released Monday were:
Tyler J. Saucier, 29, Eagle Lake, aggravated assault.
Michael P. Flannery, 20, Caribou, burglary (two counts), theft (two counts).
James H. Corey, 25, Caribou, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, criminal operating under the influence, operating without a licence.
Adam R. Nichols, 30, Bridgewater, aggravated criminal mischief.
Francis A. Murray III, 31, Mars Hill, domestic violence assault, violation of protection order, aggravated operating after revocation, operating under the influence, eluding.
Stephanie R. Stamper, Houlton, 32, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.
Christopher Fuller, 39, Westfield, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts).
