SUNDAY AFTERNOON CONCERT
This summer’s final Music in the Park was held Aug. 30, with about 250 people enjoying The Mallett Brothers from Portland with local musician Travis Cyr as the opener.

The show, sponsored by the Presque Isle Downtown Revitalization Committee and organized by Derik Smith and his company Smitten Promotions, was the final event of the Crown of Maine Balloon Festival. A local food truck was there, and the Class of 2019 sold water as a fundraiser. The performers were praised by all and organizers are looking forward to next year’s shows.
