CARIBOU — Officials at the County Federal Credit Union have announced that Craig Sjoberg has has been promoted to assistant vice president of information technology and compliance officer.
Sjoberg joined the credit union with over 30 years of experience in the banking industry in 2008 and is responsible for planning and budgeting for the credit union’s IT department. He ensures that end users receive support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment and that all activities are designed to deliver a quality user experience.
In his role at CFCU, he is also responsible for the compliance program to ensure that the credit union remains in compliance with applicable procedures, laws and regulations.
In making the promotion, Dan Bagley, executive vice president, stated “We are successful because of the hardworking individuals who have shown commitment to excellence and to their own development. Craig has shown he is a real team player and leader that truly has the safety and security of our membership in mind.”
Bagley continued, “He plays a key role and oversees all operational aspects of infrastructure to ensure a stable and secure computing environment at The County Federal Credit Union. With Craig being a key to our success and just an all around good person we are excited about making this promotion.”
