LEWISTON, Maine — Community Health Options has officially introduced its new name and website.
The name change from Maine Community Health Options reflects the organization’s geographic growth and the website changes make it easier for members and others to see the organization’s distinctive difference across a wider range of devices from mobile phones to the traditional web browser.
“Our roots will always be in Maine,” said Kevin Lewis, CEO of Community Health Options, “but our vision of transforming and improving individual and community health extends further. These changes reflect an understanding that for many members, healthcare is local and shaped by their personal experience of community.
“The new name underscores our unwavering commitment to our mission of partnering locally with members, businesses and health professionals to provide high-quality benefits that promote health and well-being,” Lewis said.
Along with a new name and logo, the redesigned Community Health Options website showcases a fresh look for the company and utilizes an easy-to-navigate design that improves the online experience for members, providers, brokers and employers.
