Jeffrey E. Curtis, Jr., 30, Castle Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed (first), $500 fine and $132 restitution (second); and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
Joshua J. Easler, 26, Chapman: domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail, all but 48 hours suspended, and two years’ probation.
