    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of August.

    Amy J. Allen, 34, Crouseville: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.
    Keith Antworth, 46, Caribou: arson, dismissed.
    Pamela Atkins, 50, Fort Kent: operating under the influence (two counts), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension (first), $500 fine and 180 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and 150-day license suspension (second); violating condition of release (two counts), dismissed (first) and 48 hours in jail (second).
    Peter Beaupre, 49, Westport, Mass.: rule violation, dismissed; fraudulently obtaining license or permit, dismissed; violating condition of release (two counts), $250 fine (first) and 90 days in jail (second); illegal possession of firearm, two years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation; and fraudulently obtaining license or permit, dismissed.
    Sherilyn A. Bennett, 52, Fort Fairfield: hindering apprehension or prosecution, filed on $200 costs.
    Jeffrey Brown, 47, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine and eight months in jail; unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $500 fine and three years in prison, all but eight months suspended and one year probation; failure to register vehicle, 10 days in jail; attaching false plates, 48 hours in jail; and violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
    Michael R. Brown, 38, Waterville: probation violation, two years in prison and probation revoked.
    Paul E. Burke, 68, Van Buren: probation violation (five counts), 30 months in prison and probation revoked (each).
    Dylan Byram, 19, Madawaska: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 110 days suspended, and one year probation; aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, dismissed; and violating condition of release, 110 days in jail.
    Alexsea Cholewa, 21, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail.
    Wayne D. Coltart, 61, Madawaska: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 60 days in jail, all but three days suspended, and one year probation.
    Joshua P. Cyr, 20, Fort Kent: OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
    Randy A. Cyr, 32, Presque Isle: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, and three-year license suspension.
    Joshua Daigle, 22, T17-R4: aggravated assault, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon and reckless conduct; dismissed (all).
    Mark Descoteaux, 56, St. Albans: gross sexual assault, dismissed; and assault, $300 fine and six months in jail.
    Richard Dimick, 40, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Samantha L. Fuller, 37, Woodland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 18 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation and $779.71 restitution; and forgery, dismissed.
    Luc J. Gagnon, 27, Caribou: domestic violence assault, priors, one year in prison; domestic violence stalking, six months in jail; and burglary, two years in prison.
    Bryan B. Goodwin, 32, Bowdoinham: theft by deception, $400 fine.
    Anthony Griffin, 22, Caribou: probation violation (two counts), 42 months in prison and probation revoked (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months in jail; criminal mischief, six months in jail; and burglary, two years in prison.
    Roderick J. Guerrette, 48, Caribou: operating snowmobile under the influence, $400 fine.
    George H. Hallyburton, II, 36, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs ,24 months in prison; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine; and violating condition of release, domestic violence assault and operating under the influence, dismissed (all).
    Anthony Hawkins, 23, Eagle Lake: burglary, dismissed; illegal possession of firearm and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 months in prison (each).
    Travis L. Hewitt, 49, Caribou: criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and nine months in jail; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation and $120 restitution.
    Rocky L. Hill, Jr., 40, Mapleton: attaching false plate, 30 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine and 10 months in jail.
    Adam Ivey, 35, Presque Isle: theft by deception, $400 fine and $69.70 restitution.
    Rusty A. Johnston, 37, Mars Hill: OUI, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
    Nathan M. Jones, 26, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail and $1,699.50 restitution.
    Glen R. Kleinert Sr., 37, Limestone: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Thomas M. Klinger, 42, Presque Isle: aggravated criminal mischief, not criminally responsible; and theft by unauthorized taking use or property (five counts), dismissed (all).
    Jeaudi W. Landry, 32, Presque Isle: aggravated assault, dismissed.
    Tanya Lapierre, 50, St. David: OUI, priors, $1,100 fine, 30 months in prison, all but 153 days suspended, two years’ probation and six-year license and registration suspension.
    Michael A. Libby, 45, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, and failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed (both).
    Rebecca Nickerson-Cote, 26, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and unlawful furnishing in scheduled drug, $400 fine and two years in prison.
    Christopher Phillips, 43, Presque Isle: forgery (two counts), $300 fine (first) and 90 days in jail (both); and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
    Heather Schoenhardt, 37, Washburn: driving to endanger, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words/gestures, $200 fine.
    Ashley Smith, 27, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, filed on $500 costs.
    William Sparks, 33, Portland: domestic violence assault, filed on $300 costs.
    Katrina L. St. Jean, 29, Mars Hill: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $750 fine, three years in prison, all but three months suspended, two years’ probation, and $140 restitution.
    Nathenial Tarbox, 21, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and $200 restitution.
    Kevin Thibodeau, 33, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation and 800 hours of community service.
    Trevor Mark Tompkins, 27, Ashland: probation violation, nine months one day in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued; assault, $300 fine and nine months, one day in prison; and domestic violence assault, priors, dismissed.
    Joshua J. Tracy, 27, Caribou: probation violation, 16 months in prison and probation revoked.
    Edward J. Violette, 50, Van Buren: operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, filed on $300 supervision fee.
    Shawn R. White, 31, Wade: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed.
    Trisha M. Willette, 25, Presque Isle: probation violation, seven months in jail and probation revoked.
    Edward W. Withee, III, 30, Augusta: assault (two counts) $300 fine and six months in jail (each); obstructing report of a crime and violating condition of release, dismissed (each); domestic violence assault, priors, four years in prison, all but one year suspended and two years’ probation; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine and six months in jail.
