Kathryn M. Allenby, 54, Fort Fairfield: unlawful use of bait in artificial-lure-only water, $50 fine.
Breen Blackstone, 19, Caribou: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
John Cook, 53, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Bradley T. Frank, 34, Caribou: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Dusty Glasscock, 26, Caribou: operating ATV on public way and operating ATV on land of another without permission, $100 fine (each).
Tyler Hewitt, 21, Caribou: minor transporting liquor, $100 fine and 30-day license suspension.
Lance Jandreau, 22, Caribou: operating ATV on land of another without permission, $100 fine.

Brian J. Maynard, 22, Castle Hill: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Angelique Anne McDonald, 23, Caribou: criminal mischief, $250 fine and $300 restitution; and littering, $100 fine.
Liza Mockler, 48, New Sweden: failing to make oral or written accident report, $350 fine.
Mark C. Parks, 27, Caribou: littering, $100 fine.
Deven Patterson, 25, Washburn: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Jeffrey L. Shaw, 44, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 10 days in jail, $34 restitution (first), and 10 days in jail, $13 restitution (second).
Anita Soucy, 16, Connor Twp.: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
TNT Road Company Inc., Fort Kent: violating dyed fuel prohibition, dismissed.
Joshua J. Tracy, 27, Limestone: assault (two counts), $300 fine, 90 days in jail, $241.88 restitution (first), $300 fine, eight months in jail, $11,548.70 restitution (second); criminal mischief (two counts), 30 days in jail (first), three days in jail (second); and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, three days in jail.
Trishia Willette, 25, Presque Isle: burglary of a motor vehicle (two counts), five months in jail (each).

Trevor Ellis, 18, Limestone, operating an unregistered ATV and operating an ATV without lights, dismissed (each); ATV noise and fire control violation, $100 fine; and unlawfully permitting operation of an ATV, $100 fine.
Dwane A. Gagnon, 49, Caribou, operating a vehicle without a license, filed on $100 costs.
Christopher M. Haines, 30, Woodland, operating an unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
Glen R. Kleinert, 37, Limestone, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Amy Nightingale, 32, Mapleton, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Ashley Rasmussen, 24, of Washburn, violating condition of release, 96 hours in jail.
