HOULTON, Maine — Runners from Washburn and Fort Kent traveled to the Shiretown for a meet with Houlton and Greater Houlton Christian Academy. The race marked the only home meet for Houlton and GHCA this season.
Washburn was the only group with enough runners to qualify as a team in the boys’ race. In the girls’ event, Washburn edged GHCA by a score of 15-33. Neither Houlton, nor Fort Kent qualified as a team.
