HOULTON, Maine — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Courthouse at Houlton during the month of September.
Timothy A. Bracey, 57, Silver Ridge: unlawful sexual touching, 364 days in prison all suspended, six months’ probation; and gross sexual assault, dismissed.
Dovon K. Drake, 49, Island Falls: failing to comply with sex offender registration act, third offense, nine months in jail.
Paula Gardiner, 29, Merrill: criminal conspiracy (two counts), 364 days in prison, all but 60 days suspended, and one year probation (first) and dismissed (second).
Alan M. Gillotti, Jr., 29, Linneus: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in prison but 18 months suspended, two years’ probation and $240 restitution.
James I. Keaton, 24, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, two years in prison; and burglary, four years in prison.
Andrew J. Lynds, 25, Monticello: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Suju M. Mahendrappa, 42, Fredericton, New Brunswick: illegal importation of scheduled drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed on $375 costs (each).
Craig Pelkey, 47, Brewer: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (three counts), dismissed (first and second counts) and $400 fine, one year prison, and $240 restitution (third count); and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
Charles G. Spellman, 46, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
Scott J. Strid, 34, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, (two counts), dismissed (first) and $400 fine, 180 days in jail, but 27 days suspended, one year probation and $120 restitution (second count).
