WASHBURN – Freda M. (McPherson) Thibodeau, 84, passed away peacefully October 23, 2015, at the Presque Isle Rehab and Nursing Center. She was born May 29, 1931, in St. Fancis, the daughter of Albert and Margaret (Jandreau) McPherson. She was a life member of St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Washburn.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Donald; daughter, Shelly and David Gardner of Townsend, DE; sons, Wainel and Janet Thibodeau of Washburn, Mickey and Marsha Thibodeau, and Kenny and Amy Thibodeau, both of Rye, NH; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; also brothers, Eldon, Ewan and Lloyd; sisters, Jean and Phyllis; several nieces and nephews.
Freda was predeceased by two sons, Bruce and Wallace; her parents; one brother and four sisters.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
