Jacob R. Chambers, 29, Fort Fairfield: allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.
Kevin Clair, 39, Presque Isle: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $300 fine; and failing to make oral or written accident report, $300 fine, 10 days in jail, all suspended, one year administrative release sentence, and 30-day license suspension.
Joseph Alcide Cote, 38, Masardis: disorderly conduct, loud and unreasonable noise, $250 fine.
Christopher Crawford Tuttle, 28, Presque Isle: assault, $500 fine; and violating protection from abuse order, $250 fine, and 30 days in jail.
Tiffany Davenport, 27, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Mariah B. Dobbins, 22, Chapman: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Bradley Dow, 24, Mapleton: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
