HOULTON — The Houlton Higher Education Center will host a pair of career-minded events on Friday, Nov. 6, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its 18 Military St. location.
A Resource Fair for all veterans and active military will be offered. The fair will feature information on the following topics:

Translation of military skills to the civilian workplace.

Resume writing for veterans and dependents.

Resources for military and veterans.

Representatives from local veteran’s organizations.
A Job Fair will be held simultaneously. At this event, job recruiters from various industries will be on site to discuss opportunities. Participants should bring a resume with them.
