LA MIRADA, Calif. — In October, Marissa Drake was named to Biola University’s dean’s list for academic excellence. Drake a resident of Houlton, was one of 1,566 students who were named to the dean’s list for spring 2015.
Biola students are placed on the dean’s list to honor those with a grade point average of 3.6 or higher while enrolled in 12 of more credit units and whose cumulative grade point average is at least a 3.2. This past spring, 38 percent of Biola students achieved this academic goal.
