SALUTED — Michelle Lilley, left, activities director at Gardiner Health Care Facility, was recently recognized as the “Department Head of the Year” at the North Country Associates Annual Management Retreat.
Lilley has served as the activities director for about 2.5 years. During this time she has enhanced and maintained a strong activities program that residents find very enjoyable. She spends a lot of time with residents and tailors programming around their needs and desires. She is described as a dedicated employee who takes pride in her work. With Lilley is Doug Gardner, vice president of facility operations.
