More than 150 people came and test-drove new Ford vehicles during the fall 2015 Drive 4 UR School event.
The event, held at Caribou High School, was organized by Griffeth Ford and Ford Motor Company. For every household that took a test drive, the Boosters received a $20 donation.
Sherry L. Bradley, customer relations manager for Griffeth Ford, presented Caribou Athletic Boosters President Shelley Massey with a check for $3,280 in a ceremony held Nov. 2 at the dealership in Caribou.
“Griffeth Ford looks forward to hosting such a fun and rewarding community event such as this one whenever they can,” said Bradley. “The parents, faculty, students and community people all seem to enjoy the opportunity to experience the new Ford vehicles in this different environment, along with knowing their school is benefiting as well.”
This is the sixth Drive 4 UR School event the dealer has participated in for the booster club, generating to date over $17,000 to support Caribou athletics.
