The Purple Hat ladies met at Taste of China in Houlton for our November get-together. Members received their Purple Hat name tags from Betty Wyman and the blessing was given by Wannetta Townsend.
Following a delicious luncheon we introduced ourselves with our Purple Hat names. November birthdays were recognized by Cindy Gray. The Halloween story that was compiled at the October meeting was read.
Sandra Holmes was the winner of the drawing of the month. Delores Locke led the “clap hands” game. We need to practice.
We will have our December meeting at The Smoki-Haulers Snowmobile Club in Oakfield. There will be a gift exchange for those who want to participate.
