WOODLAND — Matilda M. Moir, 89, wife of the late Thomas Moir, Sr., passed away December 5, 2015, at Caribou. She was born in Allagash, May 10, 1926, the daughter of the late Nizar and Ida Hafford. Mrs. Moir was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her children, Thomas Moir, Jr. and wife, Merilda, Janet Rohn and husband, Ronnie all of Caribou, Ida Drew of Woodland, Nancy Wyman and husband, Scott of Caribou, Richard Moir and wife, Maggie of Woodland, and James Moir of NJ; 17 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Jenny Clark.
Mrs. Moir was predeceased by her husband in 1987; two son, Alan and Roger; and a son-in-law, Dana Drew, Sr.
