PI no match for ’Jammers in hockey play

PRESQUE ISLE, Maine — Camden Hills scored three second-period goals on its way to a 5-0 victory over the Wildcats Saturday at the Forum.

The Windjammers jumped out to the lead on a first-period goal off the stick of Kieran Lydon. He also opened the scoring in the second period, while Perrin Ganter and Jonah Cameron also had goals in the middle stanza.
Chase Matteo scored Camden Hills’ final goal in the third period.
Jet Magri saved all 13 shots he faced in goal for the ’Jammers, while PI’s Jillian Flynn saved 35.
The Wildcats fell to 0-2 with the loss.
