holds potluck meal at Dec. meeting

The Happy Days Senior Citizens’ Club met for a potluck lunch on Dec. 10, 2015 with eight members and a guest present.
The next meeting will be on Thursday, Jan. 13, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. in the recreation room at the Manor. They will be ordering pizza. Please join them and bring a friend.
2016 Kiwanis calendars available
Easton Kiwanis Club’s Community Birthday Calendars have been ordered and will be coming soon. Because of a lack of personnel, many of their past customers were not contacted this year, but an ample supply of calendars will be available for purchase. The cost is $10. Please contact Keith or Esther Richardson at 488-6101 to ensure you get your calendars.
Local basketball games online
Aroostook Online Media Services has announced that the following Easton basketball games will be videostreamed this season. The remaining games include Southern Aroostook vs. Easton boys Jan. 7 at 7 p.m and Washburn at Easton boys Feb. 4 at 7 p.m. Fans can find a complete broadcast schedule and links to the video stream at www.aroostookonline.com.
Kiwanis meetings
Kiwanis Club of Easton meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month from 6-7 p.m. at the Odd Fellows Hall; every is welcome to attend. Dinner provided for a small fee. Please plan to join them.

As a year of celebrating Easton’s year-long 150th birthday concludes, there are still a few items available, including Easton history books for $10, 20-ounce glasses with Bears and Sesquicentennial logos for $8, glass coffee mugs with Bears and Sesquicentennial logos and royal blue T-shirts with Sesquicentennial logos for $8, royal blue hoodie sweatshirts with Sesquicentennial logos for $25, blue sweatshirts with Sesquicentennial logos for $20 and two-tone caps or standard caps with Bears or Sesquicentennial logos for $10.
