• Tayler Bouchard, 21, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail.
• Jessica Boulier, 32, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine.
• Lorrene D. Bradley, 58, Mexico: failing to carry license, $100 fine.
• Michael E. Caulder, 31, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, $500 fine.
• David W. Clark, 51, Mapleton: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Amy Condon, 31, Presque Isle: violating protection from abuse order, $250 fine.
• Michael T. Condon, 26, Ashland: illegal placing of bear bait, $100 fine.
• Mariah Cook, 22, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $750 fine.
• Dawn D. Dudley, 21, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, $200 fine, 48 hours in jail; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
• Shane Evens, 23, Presque Isle: operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, and 150-day license suspension.
• Matthew G. Freeman, 22, Presque Isle: failing to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury, $750 fine.
• Bennett H. Gahagan, 28, Caribou: motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over speed limit, $400 fine and 30-day license suspension.
• Timothy W. Hersey, 33, Easton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
• Herschel M. Higgins, 56, Presque Isle: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
• Elizabeth J. Jennings Boone, 46, Presque Isle: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• Jasmine K. King, 21, Mars Hill: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
• Shaun C. Kinney, 37, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, priors, 18 months in prison; and obstructing report of crime, six months in jail.
• Leo Lamoureaux, 76, Easton: unlawful possession of gift bear, $150 fine.
• Alan Lane, 49, White River Junction, Vt.: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Floyd R. Legassie, 66, Presque Isle: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
• Lenny Levesque, 51, Fort Fairfield: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
• Cameron Jacob McEwen, 22, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail.
• Dustin Murphy Moran, 23, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours community service.
• Brandon L. Nadeau, 20, Limestone: operating vehicle without license cond./restrict., $100 fine.
• Robert E. Nichols, 31, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $150 fine; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine.
• Mindy S. Rideout, 31, Blaine: OUI (alcohol), $800 fine, three days in jail, and 150-day license suspension.
• Edgardo Rivera, 45, Mapleton: criminal mischief, $300 fine and $1,082.17 restitution.
• Raechel C. Rockwell, 25, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, and three years’ license suspension.
• Gary D. Welch, 70, Easton: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
• Edward J. Wood III, 39, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours community service.
• Benji W. Woollard, 38, Presque Isle: littering, $250 fine.
• Brandon M. Wyman, 28, Ashland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), $200 fine (each).
