To the editor:
A big shout-out to Beaulieu’s Garage in Caribou. We experienced the first serious cold-snap of the winter this last week, and one of my guest’s car’s battery died. Beaulieu’s got his car in right away, delivered to his work place in short order, and the guy making the drop-off wouldn’t accept a tip.
This example of why it is so great to live in an area where you are treated like a human being is rare enough in this rude and busy world to be worth mentioning. Thank you, Beaulieu’s, for making such a big impression on an out-of-town guest by simply doing what you do anyway.
