Amy L. Bouchard, 33, Caribou: theft by unauthorized use of property, six months in jail; violating condition of release, six months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (two counts), six months in jail (each) and $183 restitution (first count).
Robert Bradstreet, 26, Presque Isle: operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, and 150-day license suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
Emily Bragdon, 18, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine.
Nancy Chabot, 54, Caribou: allowing dog to be at large (two counts), $75 fine (each).
David Cloney, 46, Caribou: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Keacha Anne Corey, 36, Caribou: assault, $300 fine.
Ciarra Doody, 30, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Shawn Doody, 18, Woodland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine and $25 restitution.
Jared R. Ellis, 22, Ashland: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, and 30 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
Joshua Ellis, 20, Limestone: operating ATV on temporarily closed trail, $100 fine; and operating ATV on land of another without permission, $100 fine.
Sheila Foss, 49, Perham: violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail; OUI (alcohol), prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but seven days suspended, one-year probation, license suspension and three years’ registration suspension.
Hans Jenson, 18, Perham: operating ATV on land of another without permission, $100 fine.
James LaBreck, 66, Limestone: placing bait to entice deer, $200 fine.
Lee Madore, 42, Caribou: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
Jared Michael Patane, 26, Limestone: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 10 days in jail; criminal mischief, 10 days in jail, and $100 restitution; and criminal trespass, 10 days in jail.
Jacob Poitraw, 19, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 10 days in jail; criminal mischief, 10 days in jail; assault, $300 fine, and 10 days in jail; and criminal threatening, six months in jail, all suspended, one-year probation and $1,291.15 restitution.
Codie Troy Robbins, 23, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and OUI (alcohol), prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, and three years’ license suspension.
Scott W. Sandstrom, 51, Stockholm: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Elizabeth Shumway, 22, Caribou: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
Jon E. Sund, 58, Stockholm: OUI (alcohol), prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but seven days suspended, one-year probation, license suspension, and three years’ registration suspension.
Scott M. Thebarge, 54, Fort Fairfield: forgery, $250 fine.
Anthony H. Thompson, 61, Caribou: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
