National Potato Council elects new officers

During its 2016 annual meeting, held Jan. 14-15 in Las Vegas, the National Potato Council elected new officers for the year. Among those elected was Dominic LaJoie of Van Buren, standing on right, who will join the board as vice president of the Environmental Affairs Committee.
