Course targets career planning
PRESQUE ISLE — New Ventures Maine will offer Career Planning, a free five-week class to help participants explore work values and interests, locate job opportunities, identify the skills, education, or training needed to launch a new career and create a step-by-step plan to achieve their career goals.
The class will begin Wednesday, Feb. 10, and will be held on five consecutive Wednesdays until March 9 from 9 a.m.-12 noon at the Presque Isle CareerCenter, 66 Spruce St.
There is no fee for the training.
