PRESQUE ISLE — Following the success of last October’s Aroostook County Beer Fest, another festival will come to the Star City in April featuring American craft beers, some from local breweries.

The Aroostook On Tap Beer Festival will take place Saturday, April 23, with more than 100 craft beers from 50 breweries, announced A.J. Bodden, executive producer of the festival.

The Presque Isle event will take place at the The Forum from 5-8 p.m. The event will offer sampling of craft and specialty releases.

“We are so excited about the event in Presque Isle, as the area has a thriving craft beer culture with breweries, brew pubs and specialty stores opening throughout the area,” said Bodden. “Our aim is that the Presque Isle event combine the best of the local and national craft and premium beer scene to deliver an unforgettable and authentic beer experience to our patrons.”

Aroostook On Tap is dedicated to showcasing specialty beers and craft breweries from around the country, while also delivering authentic, craft-beer-focused experiences filled with live music, vendors, and local food. Tickets start at $35 and will be capped at 3,000 attendees for this event.
