Twenty-one people were recently indicted by the Aroostook County grand jury, which completed it second session of the year on Feb. 5, according District Attorney Todd Collins.
Among those indicted were:
Troy D. Hastey, 44, of Mount Desert, aggravated criminal OUI.
Christopher J. Coty, 35, Houlton, operating after revocation with one prior.
Gilbert G. Chalou, 28, Houlton, violating condition of release, domestic violence aggravated assault with priors (two counts), domestic violence assault with priors (three counts), domestic violence criminal threatening with priors (two counts).
Michael A. Morneault, 20, Frenchville, assault with priors.
Joshua C. Beal, 31, Cherryfield, assault with priors, failure to appear.
Daniel N. Hiscoe, 42, Houlton, operating after revocation with priors.
Samuel E. Heath Jr., 26, Sherman, burglary, theft, violation of condition of release.
Cameron J. McEwen, 22, Caribou, theft with priors, criminal trespass.
Samantha M. Moulton, 36, Houlton, misuse of public benefits, theft with priors.
Brian M. Saunders, 33, Connor, violation of condition of release.
George E. Peaslee, 36, Bridgewater, assault on a medical provider, assault with priors.
Shawn M. Peaslee, 26, Van Buren, violation of condition of release, domestic violence contact.
Frederick H. Noyes, 56, Crystal, domestic violence assault, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
