 HOULTON — The Houlton Police Department responded to the following incidents from Feb. 7-13.

Sunday, Feb. 7

12:11 a.m. — Cpl. Duff responded to North Street for a welfare check.

8:37 a.m. — Off. Janakis responded to I-95 to investigate a motor vehicle complaint.

11:10 a.m. — Off. Janakis responded to High Street for an animal complaint.

11:40 a.m. — ACO Tingley responded to B Road for an animal complaint.

7:31 p.m. — Off. York responded to Pine Drive to investigate a complaint.

 

Monday, Feb. 8

7:08 a.m. — ACO Tingley responded to Franklin Avenue for an animal complaint.

1:17 p.m. — Off. Quint responded to Bartley Drive to investigate a theft/forgery/fraud.

2:24 p.m. — Off. Quint responded to North Street to assist a citizen.

5:30 p.m. — Off. Bickford responded to South Street to arrest a 38-year-old Houlton female, Penny Moffatt, for theft by unauthorized use of property and violating conditions of release.

6:40 p.m. — Sgt. Wampler responded to Third Street to investigate a theft/forgery/fraud.

 

Tuesday, Feb. 9

1:07 p.m. — Sgt. Wampler responded to Pine Drive to investigate reported harassment.

3:44 p.m. — Off. Bickford responded to Main Street to investigate a motor vehicle complaint.

5:00 p.m. — Off. Bickford responded to Reservoir Hill to investigate a complaint.

5:09 p.m. — Off. Quint responded to Heywood Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.

10:54 a.m. — Off. Quint responded to Foxcroft Road to arrest a 33-year-old Houlton male, Jason Tapley, for failure to pay fine or fee and domestic violence terrorizing.

11:22 a.m. — Capt. Pelletier responded to North Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.

4:42 p.m. — Off. Janakis responded to North Street to arrest a 46-year-old Houlton female, Heather Sewell, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
