HOULTON, Maine — The third annual WHOU All County Teams were announced Feb. 7, 2016. Players were selected by a ballot of coaches, media members, officials and long time observers from Aroostook County.
Named to the girls team were: Kolleen Bouchard and Natalie Hill, both of Houlton; Emily Lagerstrom and Emily Wheaton, both of Presque Isle; Taylor Churchill and Chelsey Pelkey, both of Fort Fairfield; Emmy Churchill, Washburn; Searra Herbert, Caribou; Karli Levesque, Central Aroostook; and Kassidy Mathers, Southern Aroostook.
Named to the boys team were: Nolan Altvater and Jackson Mathers, both of Southern Aroostook; Jimmy Buzzell, Hodgdon; Ryan Chasse, Fort Kent; Isaac Cyr and Chris Giberson, both of Fort Fairfield; Jake Flewelling and Logan Halvorson, both of Easton; Jarrett Olson, Washburn; and Donovan Savage, Caribou.
