Norma C. May

     CROSS LAKE — Norma C. May, 90 a long term resident of Boynton Beach, Florida and Cross Lake, Maine died Friday, February 26, 2016 in Naples Community Hospital.

     She was born in Caribou, ME, May 11, 1925 the daughter of Norman and Eva (McGuire) Currier. She graduated from Caribou High School and had been the owner and operator of Currier Furniture, Inc. with her husband. Norma had been a member of the Unitarian Universalist Church, active in the Caribou Country Club and the Leisurette Golf League at Lake View Country Club. Norma was also active on many committees at Seagate of Gulfstream in Boynton Beach where she resided for more than forty years.

     Wife of the late John E. May, Norma is survived by her son, Jack (Betty) May, three grandchildren; Kimberly Dioron, John May and Kurt May, seven great, grandchildren; Kyle, Corey and Craig Dioron, Lauren and Makenzie May and Jack and Cooper May. She is also survived by her brother, Nathan Currier of Layton, UT.

     A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at noon in the Fuller Funeral Home, 1625 Pine Ridge Road, Naples, FL. Burial will be in Caribou, ME in the spring.
