WOODLAND, Maine — The town of Woodland is holding their municipal election on Monday, March 14 in the town office from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
This election will decide new members for both the Board of Selectmen and the Woodland School Board. The only individual running for a selectman seat is Tony Patterson, and while nobody is running for the School Board, there are two available openings.
All the Selectmen and School Board vacancies are for a three-year term.
According to Woodland Registrar of Voters and Town Clerk Janet Schofield, the town of Woodland is accepting write-ins for these positions.
