MAPLETON – Eunice P. Turner, 100, passed away peacefully Saturday night, March 12, 2016, at a Presque Isle health care facility. She was born Nov. 1, 1915, in Houlton, the daughter of Frank and Edith (Tarr) Chandler. Eunice was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
She is survived by a son, Paul Turner and his wife, Doreen of Presque Isle; a daughter, Marilyn McPherson of Mapleton; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Travis in1980; a sister, Ida Chandler in 2001; and her son-in-law, Keith McPherson.
