CARIBOU — The following cases were heard in District Court at the Caribou Courthouse during the month of February.
Randall Soucie, 49, Caribou: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 10 hours in jail; and assault, $300 fine.
Nicole Walker, 30, Limestone: operating while under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 150-day license suspension.
James Corey, 25, OUI (drugs or combo), $500 fine, 150-day license suspension; operating vehicle without license, 48 hours in jail; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, six months in jail all but 30 days suspended, and one year probation.
