PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard under the Aroostook Criminal Docket at the Presque Isle Courthouse during the month of February.
• Tyler P. Maynard, 26, Presque Isle: probation violation, 60 days in jail and probation revoked.
• Patrick D. Lausier, 32, Stockholm: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, 48 hours in jail and $59.96 restitution.
• Triston Carson, 23, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $189.94 restitution.
• Brian Saunders, 33, Connor Twp: aggravated criminal trespassing, three years in prison; violating condition of release, six months in jail; and domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail.
• Randy H. Shaw, 59, Presque Isle: operating while under the influence (alcohol), prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended and three-year registration suspension.
• Sean Lee, 30, Presque Isle: OUI (alcohol), $500 fine and 150-day license suspension.
• Amy Condon, 32, Presque Isle: violating protection from abuse order (three counts), 48 hours in jail (two counts) and 48 hours in jail and $250 fine (one count).
• Steven Evasius, 19, Lubec: harassment, five days in jail.
• Jimmy D. Trotter, Jr., 36, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
• Jacob Wortman, 22, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Troy C. Blier, 28, Fort Fairfield: failing to make oral or written accident report, $400 fine, 30-day license suspension; and violating condition of release, $250 fine and 24 hours in jail.
• Zane M. Willhide, 19, Presque Isle: failing to stop, remain and provide information, $500 fine and $5,824.53 restitution.
• Paul L. Gibbs, 29, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Triston Carson, 23, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
• Pavel Vasilyevich Gavrilov, 46, Blaine: rule violation, duty status not current, $250 fine.
• Terrie Caron, 35, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
• Kevin M. Viens, 55, Waitsfield, Vermont: discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, $300 fine.
• Justin Sprague Cote, 34, Fort Fairfield: reckless conduct, $500 fine.
• Rodney Mills, 56, Presque Isle: violating condition of release (two counts), five days in jail (each).
• David J. Jewell, 20, Easton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Robert Lawrence, 54, Mars Hill: discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, $200 fine.
• Charles Robinson, 35, Masardis: violating protection from abuse order, $250 fine; violating protection from abuse order, $200 fine, 48 hours in jail; and violating condition of release (two counts), $250 fine (first) and $200 fine and 48 hours in jail (second count).

• Jeffrey E. Murray, 50, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and driving to endanger, $575 fine and 60-day license suspension.
• Dennis S. Willette, 22, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
• Steven Evasius, 19, Lubec: protective order from harassment violation, 10 days in jail; violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; and domestic violence stalking, 90 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended and one year probation.
