     BUSTARD, Marrena “Tena “ Carlson, 79, Scarborough, March 27, 2016. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m., Friday, at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, Scarborough. Arrangements are by Conroy-Tully Crawford South Portland Chapel, South Portland.

    SCARBOROUGH – Marrena “Tena” Carlson Bustard, 79, of Coralburst Lane, died, Sunday, March 27, 2016, at her home. She was born in Fort Kent on September 13, 1936, a daughter of Ernest C. and Jeannette B. (Nolan) Carlson.
    She attended Presque Isle schools and graduated from St. Mary’s School of Nursing in Lewiston. She married Frederick C. Bustard in Presque Isle on August 4, 1962. She was a nurse at The Aroostook Medical Center from 1958 till her retirement in 1980. She enjoyed the neighborhood and watching her kids grow up on Pine St in Presque Isle. She was a volunteer at the St. Vincent DePaul soup kitchen in Portland for several years.
    She was predeceased by two brothers, Ernest C. Carlson Jr. and Warren Carlson; and two sisters, Joyce Carlson and Shirley Carlson.
    She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years; daughter, Karen Crandall and husband, Clair of Grey; two sons, Daniel Bustard of Scarborough, and Joseph Bustard and wife, Lynda of Simpsonville, SC; two sisters, Sheila Carlson of Portland, and Sandra Muggler and husband, Michael of Yorktown, VA; brother, Keith Carlson and wife, Yvonne of Presque Isle; three grandchildren, Matthew Crandall and wife, Nichole of Falmouth, Drew Crandall and wife, Maia of Cumberland, and Rachel Bustard of Simpsonville, SC; two step-grandchildren, Thomas Graham and Rebecca Gossett; and great-granddaughter, Norah Crandall.
    A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m., Friday, at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 150 Black Point Road, Scarborough. Burial will follow at Black Point Cemetery, Scarborough. Arrangements are by Conroy-Tully Crawford South Portland Chapel, 1024 Broadway, South Portland.
