Civil Air Patrol’s County Composite Squadron of Caribou and Presque Isle has announced that Cadet Airman Basic Preston Gibson is Cadet of the Month for February. Gibson embodied the CAP core value of excellence through passing his initial exam with a score greater than 90 percent, in addition to regular involvement in squadron activities. He is the son of Lorne and Trish Gibson.
