KASILOF, AK — Deborah Jean (Tenney) Bossie, 59, was called to her heavenly home Wednesday morning, March 30, 2016, at Providence Hospital in Anchorage, AK. She was born December 31, 1956, in Winchendon, MA, the daughter of the late Ronald “Buzz” Tenney and Linda (Cross) Nasman; and stepdaughter of Rev. Alan Nasman.
She graduated from Caribou High School, in 1974. On August 12, 1977, she married Dennis Bossie in Stockholm. They were married for 38 years.
Deb was a devoted and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She took great joy in making others happy and meeting their needs. She loved going for walks on the beach.
In 2015, they relocated from Anchorage, AK to Kasilof, AK, near the beach, to build their dream home.
Surviving family members include her husband, Dennis of Kasilof, AK; one son, Derek (Renee) of Soldotna, AK; one grandson, Noah; mother and stepdad, Rev. Alan and Linda Nasman of Montrose, SD; one sister, Marie (Don) Sjostedt of Cordova, AK; and two brothers, Chris (Lynne) Tenney of Mapleton, ME, and Jason (Robin) Nasman of Star Prairie, WI. Also survived by in-laws, James and Doris Bossie of Cross Lake, ME.
