3-D crafter to host workshop in Caribou
CARIBOU, Maine — Three-dimensional artist and author Eileen Hull of Virginia will present a craft workshop Tuesday, May 3, 2016, in Caribou from 1-4 p.m.
Hull, who owns Eileen Hull Designs, is the author of “Matboard Magic” and “Foamboard Magic,” and has launched a line of die-cutting tools and supplies.
The workshop will be held at Brambleberry Market, whose owner, Debbie Sutherland, has met the artist. “She is an incredibly talented lady,” Sutherland said. “She likes working with matboard and making something beautiful with it.”
The workshop is the only one to be offered in the state, said Sutherland, adding, “At the completion of the workshop, each participant will be able to take home a metal-covered book that they completed.”
Hull will bring her vintage camper, “Scotty,” which she restored herself, on her trip north.
