HOULTON, Maine — The following cases were heard in Superior Court at the Houlton Courthouse during the month of March.
James Grant, 22, Houlton: probation violation, 75 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Kenneth McCrary, 25, Houlton: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Dalton Doody, 27, Cary: domestic violence assault, not guilty.
Mathew J. Benn, 33, Hammond Twp.: aggravated assault, 18 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation, and obstructing report of crime, 30 days in jail.
Aaron Finnemore, 41, Monticello: domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail.
