CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of March.
Richard A. Larsen III, 29, Ashland:probation violation, 30 days in jail, and probation revoked.
Kevin A. Makepeace, 35, Caribou: probation violation, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but six months suspended, and two years probation.
Paul Corriveau, 49, Frenchville: aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, not guilty.
Julia M. Deveau, 22, Caribou: criminal mischief, $150 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine and criminal trespass, $150 fine.
Andrew LeGassie, 23, Presque Isle: sexual exploitation of minor (four counts), 60 days in prison (first two counts), 90 days in prison (third count) and four years in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended and three years’ probation (fourth count); indecent conduct (five counts), 30 days in prison (each).
Gloria J. Dustin, 48, Van Buren: theft by deception, two years in prison, all but 65 days suspended, and two years’ probation and $4,960 restitution.
Preston E. Brown, 51, Woodland: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, 12 months in prison; criminal forfeiture of property, forfeited; domestic violence assault, 140 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 140 days in jail.
Daniel Thomas Moutinho, 30, New Sweden: criminal mischief, seven days in jail and $300 restitution.
